Celebrity Chef Thomas Hanlon is an award-winning chef with extensive culinary experience in Las Vegas and beyond. He has been recognized as Las Vegas Life Magazine’s Best of Las Vegas 2005, won the 2012 Lake Havasu City Restaurant Association Top Chef Competition, and was featured on the Cooking Channel’s Beach Bites with Katie Lee in June 2017.
He trained at the famed Madeleine Kamman Culinary School in Annecy, France, under renowned chefs Gary Danko and Madeleine Kamman. Chef Thomas specializes in a farm-to-table dining experience with a local approach.
He was also the managing partner of Zimmerman’s Artisan Bread Bakery in Las Vegas, supplying restaurants led by celebrity chefs including Bobby Flay, Todd English, Tom Colicchio, and Alain Ducasse.
